this is what is going on in executive
A slightly modified version:
Executive Council: -The President (founder) -Chancellor (WAD) -Minister of Security (Defense and Membership) -Minister of FA -Minister of Justice (governmental attorney, and organizer of cases) =This body meets separately to carry out its duties much as we do now but in a more organized fashion however here everyone is equal. To further check Senatorial power the Ministers serve as direct advisers in their respective areas by proposing legislation. The Chancellor will then serve as the 'bridge' being both a minister and a Senator. The President is given this position to substitute what is otherwise a boring job of only maintaining security/order. The Minister of Justice (below) serves as a check of executive power by being part of the judicial branch he however is not a Senate adviser, that power is given to the 'Second Justice'.
Senate (base level): -Some number + Chancellor (a further check we already have in place) =Must follow provisions allowed in Constitution or the Executive/Judiciary can respectively ignore/veto it and declare it unconstitutional
Judiciary (base level): -Two justices and the Minister of Justice =They alone may try the President, along with anyone else. In cases where the government is not a party, any judge may preside.

5 Senators and the Chancellor gets only the power to motion and keep track of the votes.

How about you make a quickly amended version so we can see what it looks like with our agreed upon changes? I want to keep track of our progress.

I feel that it is weird to be able to motion/second but not vote. Either give the voting right or remove the motion right.

I'll update the map soon. I just need something updated (technically downgraded) on my computer first. I'll start nagging my dad.
