I think three months is short. That's a lot of elections, which can cause more division. If we made it so that the position was impeachable, it wouldn't matter if terms were longer.

Let's focus on section two.
Section I: The Legislature of the FFS will be known as the Federal Senate.
Section II: As the law making body, the Federal Senate has the power to write, pass, and abolish laws. It will serve as the representative body to the member nations of the FFS. Legislation must be presented to the Federal Senate for debate and vote.

the current FFS constitution, the Senate and executive work completely separate. this will allow a cooperation and that is a basic compromise I had to make, the originally wanted five appointed members

1) here is a different mane that I think you will like: The Federal Conclave
2) I think that 7 days is a little excessive because it is too long and could result in issues becoming bogged down. Especially when there is a sudden influx of issues. I would suggest 4 or 5 days instead.
