Seven is a lot for a region of our size and activity level though. Again, I think we should increase the number as we grow, but I have not the slightest idea what number is better.

How about we do it like the US? Use Balkan's map, if we can get him to update it, to have constituency districts?

It gives real meaning to A, B, C, D, etc. But still, we need a way of knowing when to grow the Senate.

Maybe, now that I think about it, 5 Senators would be good for whatever we choose to call it (I still like the Federal Conclave name). Split it into 5 Districts?
