The Legislative body will be the largest part of the government.
What I am saying is that every month someone runs for President. The person who wins appoints a cabinet "the Imperial Council" or Senate. The Senate must be approved by the Founder.
Any legislation will then need to be voted upon by the Senate.

But you must see that giving the Founder, who already have ALL THE POWER, power is foolish!
The Founder gives his power to the Legislative branch and the Judicial Branch.

The founder is like a monarch and that does not work. The council should make the executive decisions. The founder or WAD can execute the law with council's discretion. The founder or WAD can act alone if the council is not present.

Yes, that does diminish the role of the Founder, but as Republicans, we can all agree that less government, the better!
If you do not want to sacrifice your chance of being able to be very active and participate in the region, I will take up the Founder nation and make that sacrifice.

The Legislative will be the Senate and the Executive will be the President.
The President will be elected every month and assign a Senate for each election. The Senate must be approved by the Founder before taking office.

No, the Council is Legislative, in mine. While the President is the Executive. His powers come with him being the WAD and the Founder
