We must mark out the powers and duties of both the Founder and the PResident.

Shcien, give Lesbia an update as to what our new plan (so far) is.
The President gets to have 3 people on a Legislative body of 6

Let me outline my idea which is based off the Swiss: Executive Council - Made up of cabinet level departments. The founder chairs the council and executes the policy. The council executes law and proposes law to the legislature.
Legislature - Made up of popularly elected legislators. Make the law for the council to enforce. The WAD is a member of the legislature. For safety purposes the WAD can assume the founder's role if necessary. Essentially the WAD is the leader of the legislature and speaks for the people. The legislature checks the executive.
People - The nations can pass referendum to challenge laws and pass constitutional amendments. They check the legislature.

I don't think senators should be appointed. I thought we wanted more representation.

Guys do you think we should just stop right here where we are?
1. The President is the WAD and is elected by other WA nations every month 2. The President gets to place 3 nations in the Senate of 6 (assuming) 3. The President is responsible for banning and ejecting nations, respectively 4. The Founder is responsible for approving the Senate 5. The Founder is responsible for giving executive power to the President

The President should have the privilege to appoint at least a minority of Senators. Or else we can have a liberal President and conservative Senate!
How about this? if the Senate is made of 6 the President can appoint 2...?

The Citizenry should certainly not be checking the Legislature, that is what the Judiciary does!

I still don't like the appointment part. They get their way with appointing the heads of each department.
As for the President being up for election, would this be an actual process (like with candidates) or just randomly decided by who happens to have more endorsements one day?
