That is what I sort of had in the back of my head, Schein ======= What would you guys say if we elected a President and that President got to choose 2 people to put on the Senate and everybody else voted for 3 OTHER people to be on the Senate as well. That way the President has a minority of people that support him.

That is true, but by President I mean WAD.
We would change the name from Chancellor to President, since he would be elected by the entire region.

GOR, that doesn't make sense.
There is the Founder, President, and a Senate.
The Founder is like the monarch, but has limited power. The President is the Executive branch and the SEnate is the Legislative.
