Executive Branch
3.1. The Executive Council will form the core function of the Executive branch; the council will include the following positions:
-The President
-The Chancellor
-The Minister of Security
-The Minister of Foreign Affairs
-The Minister of Justice
3.2. The Executive Council will meet as equals to discuss matters of regional importance whether legislative or security. This body will serve to guide the Executive in its tasks and increase communication. As a whole the Council may craft and propose leglislation to the Senate, this can also be an individual function as laid out below.
3.3. The Executive branch is the executor of all regional law and the upholder of security and stability for the region.
3.4. The Founder of the region, or his/her sucessor, will be called the President and holds that position for life until he/she resigns and appoints a successor; in the interum the Chancellor will carry out his duties. He/she will serve as a member of the Executive Council as an equal party, they may accept embassy requests with the approval of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, but the final decisions rests with the legislature. All law must be signed by the President to be enacted, he may veto leglistation though it may be overridden. He is permitted to recommend citizens for positions in the Executive Council.
3.5. The WA Delegate shall be called the Chancellor, they are to be elected every month by popular vote. Should the Chancellor resign a successor will be appointed to serve out his/her remaining term, in the meantime the President will assume his powers. He/she will serve on the Executive Council as an equal party. With the consent of the Minister of Foreign Affairs he/she may accept embassy request, though the final decision rests with the legislature. He/she will serve as a member of the legislature and be both its nominal head and the speaker for the people. The President may not serve as Chancellor.
3.6. In times of threat or crisis the President may assume security powers or declare a state of emergency. In the President's temporary absence the Chancellor make take upon the task of maintaining security through ejections et cetera. If the legislature is in a deadlock the President may declare a legislative state of emergency.
3.7. The Minister of Security will serve as the advisor to the legislature on matters laid out in his duties. His duties are:
-To work with the President and the Chancellor to carry out registaration of members and the maintance of a list of them
-To observe and maintain security along with the President and the Chancellor
-To organize the defensive and military forces of the Federation, of which he is to report to the President
-To organize and carry out efforts to recruit new members
3.8. The Minister of Foreign Affairs will serve as the advisor to the legislature on matters to which his duties pertain. His duties are:
-To recommend embassies to be constructed
-To make suggestions pertaining to embassy requests recieved
-To run delegations and ambassadors in regions around the world
