I did not mention the judiciary yet. We can fill that in later. It needs to be there but not completely there.

Actually, the way I see it, I like everything you have there! The only thing that we would need to do is work on what defines the Judiciary.
Once we have that down. We can begin writing the procedures of how everything will be carried out.

Balkans, the people should be able to request that the Judiciary hold a referendum. It would be more official that way
