1.1. All Executive power is administered by the Founder and is delegated to the legislative branch as stipulated by the constitution and the laws.
1.2. The Founder shall also be referred to as the Emporer, and is the chief Imperial Authority within the region.
1.3. The Emporer shall remain in that position for life, and is responsible for the appointment of a successor, if and when required.
1.4. In the event the region becomes Founderless, the oldest residing nation in the region is to establish an alternative region, and the original FI is to be completely vacated and re-founded.
1.5. The duties of the Emporer shall be to appoint the elected WA Delegate, appointed the presented Imperial Council of Ministers, undertake all executive responsibilities during elections, and act on the recommendations of the Council and WA Delegate.
1.6. Other powers may be granted to the Emporer by legislation.
1.7. The World Assembly Delegate (WAD) shall be the Head of Government and may be referred to as the Prime Minister.
1.8. The Prime Minister is to be elected by WA Member states only in accordance with an electoral law passed by Government.
1.9. The Prime Minister is to preside over the Imperial Council of Ministers, which must at a minimum include separate Ministers responsible for Foreign Affairs, Interior Affairs and Defence.
1.10. The Prime Minister shall present passed bills to the Founder for assent into legislation on the recommendations of the Imperial Council of Ministers.
1.11. The Minister responsible for Foreign Affairs shall manage the foreign affairs of the FI with other regions.
1.12. The Minister responsible for Interior Affairs must ensure the day-to-day administration of the government is undertaken in accordance with the constitution and the law.
1.13. The Minister responsible for Defence shall ensure the FI is kept as safe and stable as possible at all times.
1.14. The Executive Branch may update the regional NSWiki page or any subsequent register approved by the Emperor as required.
